The HMS Dreadnought is known as the predecessor to all battleships in the 20th century. In 1906, when she was commissioned, she introduced a groundbreaking feature: a powerful set of heavy guns, all the same size (30.5 cm). This innovation led to a whole class of ships being named after her in the Royal Navy and the term “dreadnought” became the common word used to refer to battleships.
The Revell 1/350 HMS Dreadnought model kit is a great copy of this famous warship. The kit includes a two-piece hull, a display stand, and a one-piece main deck and is optionally buildable as a full hull or a waterline model.
